Starting as a customs bonded warehouse in 1996, our facilities located at international airports have moved 66,000 MT of cargo annually and serviced 20,000 flights yearly. Our History
Our experience as a customs bonded warehouse dates back to 1996, with the realization of a rising need for warehousing services. In response, we founded ISLA Logistics Corporation, initially as a Container Yard and Container Freight Station (CY/CFS), to cater to a wide range of industries including airlines, freight forwarders, and logistics companies. Motivated by our unwavering dedication to the warehouse logistics industry, we have successfully broadened our capabilities, allowing us to operate in numerous locations and construct custom-designed facilities that aim to precisely cater to the distinct requirements of each industry we serve.

Our Foundations
Our parent company is CITADEL Pacific Ltd., a diversified private holding company with operations in the Philippines, Hong Kong, Macau, the Republic of Palau, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, and the US Territory of Guam. Its holdings range from controlling stakes in companies engaged in telecommunications, retail, petroleum and gas distribution, commercial, and industrial property, in-flight catering, and manpower services. Recent acquisitions entering Solar and Data Center businesses position CITADEL to future facing and fast-growing industries in renewables energy and digital infrastructure.
CITADEL is owned by the Delgado family of the Philippines. Through the years, the company has grown through acquisitions, organic growth, and the combination of both. Its core assets, managed by various senior executive teams with intensive industry expertise, have all exhibited strong growth in the last decade.
ISLA Logistics Corporation, with its strong presence in the warehousing industry, and CITADEL, a company that holds over 420 land titles across the Philippines spanning more than 1.2 million square meters, are a formidable force in the logistics sector. ISLA leverages CITADEL’s extensive land resources to ensure efficient and strategic warehouse locations for its partners. With 80% of CITADEL’s land holdings leased by anchor clients, ISLA can provide reliable and cost-effective warehousing solutions to meet the specific needs of its customers. ISLA Logistics Corporation takes great pride in our past and present affiliations and certifications including being EU RA3 Certified among others, and also having been certified as a customs bonded warehouse facility, showcasing our compliance with industry standards for cargo handling and warehousing. Through our affiliate groundhandling company who is a member of the IATA Ground Handling Council since the 1990s, we have had the privilege of collaborating with industry leaders and stakeholders to shape developments and drive innovation. We were among the first organization who got certification with IATA Safety Audit for Ground Operations (ISAGO) highlighting our emphasis to align with stringent safety protocols.
Our compliance with the National Civil Aviation Security Program Series 2007 further shows our unwavering commitment to ensuring the highest level of security in all our operations. Notably, our certifications from the US Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Annex 17 further underscore our dedication to maintaining the highest standards of security and quality in the aviation industry.
